GENERAL INFORMATION

We are a self-check-in homestay. You will receive your room password and room number once we receive full payment and identification documents (photo of your ID card/Passport).

CHECK-IN, CHECKOUT

Check-in: 2 PM, Check-out: 12 PM (the next day)

• Early check-in:
  • From 1 PM to 2 PM: 100,000 VND fee
  • From 12:30 PM to 1 PM: 150,000 VND fee
  • Before 12:30 PM, please book one day in advance.
• Late check-out:
  • From 12 PM to 1 PM: 100,000 VND fee
  • From 1 PM to 6 PM: 80% of the room rate will be charged
  • After 6 PM: 100% of the room rate will be charged.

CANCELLATION AND DATE CHANGE

For bookings from OTAs (Agoda, Trip.com, Traveloka, Agoda, etc.)

• We do not handle cancellations or date changes after 5 days from the check-in date.

For direct bookings:

• More than 5 days from the check-in date:
  • You can cancel or change the date.
• Less than 5 days from the check-in date:
  • Cancellations are not supported.
  • You can change the date within 1 month (depending on room availability at the time of change).

Once you have checked in, We do not support cancellations or date changes.
